The Power of 4 program meets biweekly for 10 weeks, each time you receive a new book with fun, engaging homework activities. Along with your Family Physician, the Primary Care Registered Nurse will be part of caring for you and your baby. In addition to hands-on-care, talk to her by phone, ask questions and gain referrals regarding pregnancy and childbirth.
